HOW TO ORDER
Secure Online Shopping is the easiest and quickest way to place your order. We do not save credit card information in our system.
Communication: There are occasions, due to living in a very remote, rural location that we get weathered in, or out. Planes can't fly, mail is stuck. Also, internet may occasionally go down. We are not on a road system. All mail is sent via 325 miles of air travel to Anchorage. If you do not receive a confirmation of shipment within 3 work days, M-F, please call or text 907-843-1810 to check on us and make sure we aren't buried under 15 feet of snow. Thank you!
PAYMENT INFORMATION
1. Credit Card : We use the industry-standard SSL, Secure Sockets Layer to ensure that your online transaction and credit card information are safe. We do not save credit card information in our system.

A note about Personal Checks: We regret that we can no longer accept personal checks. For each returned check our bank charges a fee that we cannot recover.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. How do you ship?
We ship orders via US Priority Mail using the least amount of packaging material possible.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 4-6 business days from receipt of payment. US Priority Mail then takes 3-5 days depending on your distance from Alaska.
3. How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way. The note will include a link to USPS tracking information. The USPS tracking number is really a Delivery Confirmation number that allows you to check the delivery status online. It does not track your package along the way like UPS or FedEx.
4. What are my shipping options?
USPS is our only shipping option from Rural Alaska. Shipping is based upon the weight of the product and the zone in which you live.

MISSING ITEM POLICY
Although we check and double check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!
